Combine 2 teaspoons Five Tastes Stir Fry Shot, lime zest and juice, fish sauce and palm sugar in a small screw top jar and shake well to make a dressing. Set aside.
Thinly slice beef fillet into 5mm thick slices and place in a bowl. Add remaining Five Tastes Stir Fry Shot and toss gently to coat beef well.
Heat a lightly oiled non stick wok or frypan over medium heat and cook beef on both sides until just cooked and charred. Remove and rest for 5 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients except cashew nuts and place on a large platter. Top with beef strips and cashew nuts. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
