Place meat in a bowl, add ¼ cup Five Tastes Curry Paste and oil, stir to combine. Thread capsicum, onion wedges and beef strips onto 8 skewers and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
Cook skewers on a chargrill or BBQ plate until cooked to your liking. Rest for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine remaining curry paste, brown sugar, cornflour, water and pepper in a small saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring continuously until thick and glossy.
Serve skewers on a bed of rice, drizzled with Massaman sauce and garnished with coriander.
