A classic stir fried chicken mince and Thai basil recipe made easy and accessible with our Five Tastes stir fry shots

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 500g chicken mince
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 45g Five Tastes Stir Fry Shot – Thai Basil and Chilli
- 10-12 green beans, sliced into 5mm rounds
- 1 tablespoon kecap manis
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- ¼ cup Thai basil leaves
- Lime for serving
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a non stick wok over high heat. Add chicken mince and garlic, stir constantly for 3-4 minutes, until chicken changes colour and is well broken up.
Step 2
Add Five Tastes Stir Fry Shot and beans and continue stir frying for a further minute.
Step 3
Stir in kecap manis, oyster sauce and fish sauce. When ready to serve, gently stir in basil leaves and serve immediately with lime.
Tasty Tip!
For those who like it extra heat use 2 shots of Five Tastes Thai Basil & Chilli. Serve accompanied with coconut rice.
