Instructions
Step 1
Combine Five Tastes Stir Fry Shots, palm sugar, kecap manis and fish sauce together. Add sliced beef, cover and marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Step 2
Heat half the oil in a wok over high heat. Add beef in batches and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until browned and cooked to your liking, adding more oil if needed.
Step 3
Serve immediately sprinkled with sesame seeds and garnished with spring onion and Thai basil leaves. Serve accompanied with rice and lime wedges.
