Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a non stick wok or frypan. Cook tofu until lightly browned.
Step 2
Add Five Tastes Curry Paste, ginger, sugar and stir fry for 1 minute.
Step 3
Remove from heat and add snow peas, spring onions, capsicum, coriander and peanuts. Toss to combine.
Step 4
Serve immediately with a wedge of lime if desired.
