Instructions
Step 1
Combine Five Tastes Stir Fry Shot and lime in a large bowl. Toss crab meat, lychees, spring onions, carrot, bean shoots, coriander and mint through dressing to coat well.
Step 2
Place a small amount of salad on top of large mint leaves to serve or alternatively spoon into a serving bowl and toss mint through. Garnish with fried shallots and serve immediately.
