This Thai style sauce can be used as a dipping sauce, dressing or seasoning.

Place palm sugar and water in a small saucepan. Stir over a medium-low heat until sugar is dissolved. Stir in Five Tastes Curry Paste Shot, simmer until reduced by half.
Remove from heat, cool slightly before adding lime juice. Can be served warm or cold.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
