Heat oil in a non stick wok or frypan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir fry for 1 minute.
Add vegetables to wok and continue to stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in contents of Five Tastes Stir Fry Shot and cook for 1 minute. Serve immediately garnished with coriander leaves and lime wedges, if desired.
Substitute chicken for sliced rump steak. Serve with warmed roti bread.
