A fragrant stir fry with a touch of warmth ready in minutes.

- 1 tablespoon oil
- 300g thinly sliced chicken breast
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 100g green beans, halved
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 45g Five Tastes Stir Fry Shot - Thai Basil & Chilli
- Thai basil leaves, for garnish
Heat oil in a non stick wok or frypan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir fry for 1 minute.
Add vegetables to wok and continue to stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in contents of Five Tastes Stir Fry Shot and cook for 1 minute. Serve immediately garnished with Thai basil leaves.
For a saucy stir fry dissolve 1 teaspoon cornflour in ½ cup chicken stock or water and add to the wok at the end of STEP 3, stirring until thickened.
