Combine Five Tastes Curry Paste, garlic chives, spring onions, coriander, kaffir lime and lemongrass in a bowl. Mix well.
Place each piece of barramundi on banana leaf. Spread evenly with curry mixture, roll up and secure with toothpicks.
Cook banana parcels in a steamer for 10 minutes or cook over hot coals for 12 – 15 minutes, turning regularly.
Remove from heat, carefully unfold banana leaf. Serve sprinkled with chilli and cheeks of lime.
