Heat oil in a non stick wok or frypan over medium high heat. Add prawns and stir fry for 1 minute.
Add vegetables to wok and continue to stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in contents of Five Tastes Stir Fry Shot and cook for 1 minute. Serve immediately topped with bean shoots and garnished with Vietnamese mint.
For a saucy stir fry, dissolve 1 teaspoon of corn flour in ½ cup of chicken stock or water. Add to wok in STEP 3 after adding stir fry shot, stir until thickened.
