Instructions
Step 1
Cook noodles following packet directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Heat a little oil in a non stick wok or frypan over Medium-High heat. Cook chicken for 1-2 minutes or until golden.
Step 3
Add Five Tastes Rice Infusions Shot, kecap manis and lime juice, stir well. Add drained noodles, bok choy and spring onions, toss to combine and cook until vegetables soften slightly.
Step 4
Serve immediately sprinkled with shallots and bean shoots, garnish with chilli.
