Faster than take-away, this sweet mild chilli beef stir fry will be a sure winner.

- 2 x 45g Five Tastes Curry Paste Shots – Thai Red
- 15g palm sugar, grated
- 1 tablespoon kecap manis
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- 300g thinly sliced fillet steak
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped peanuts
- Spring onion, for garnish
Combine Five Tastes Curry Paste Shots, sugar, kecap manis and fish sauce together. Add sliced beef, cover and marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add beef and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until browned and cooked to your liking.
Serve immediately sprinkled with peanuts and garnished with spring onion.
Ensure beef slices are in a single layer in the wok for fast cooking and to seal in juices.
