Instructions
Step 1
Cook noodles following packet directions. Drain and set aside to keep warm.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat a wok over medium-low heat. Add Five Tastes Laksa Paste and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.
Step 3
Add creamed corn, coconut milk, spring onions, lemongrass and water, increase heat and bring to the boil. Stir in fish sauce and crab meat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Place noodles into serving bowls, reserving a few for garnish. Discard lemongrass and spoon soup over noodles, top with reserved noodles and spring onion.
