Combine Five Tastes Curry Paste, coconut, kaffir lime leaf and sugar in a bowl. Add chicken drumettes, stir well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
Place drumettes on a baking paper lined tray. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
Drumettes are the meatier piece of the chicken wing that has the tip removed. Serve with a lime and palm sugar syrup.
