Classic Thai Green Chicken Curry For Two


Fragrant and perfectly spiced green curry with chicken and vegetables.

  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 250g diced chicken thigh
  • 45g Five Tastes Curry Pastes Shot – Thai Green
  • 185ml coconut milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 small zucchini, choped
  • 75g green beans, chopped
  • 1 small red capsicum, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • Coriander and steamed rice, for serving


Step 1

Heat oil in a wok, cook chicken for 2-3 minutes until browned on all sides.

Step 2

Reduce heat and add paste, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 3

Stir in coconut milk, water, vegetables and fish sauce. Simmer covered for 10 minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve with steamed rice.

Tasty Tip!

Replace chicken thigh with slices of chicken breast if preferred.
